Oliver Wilhelm has been a registered architect for 23 years planning and designing diversified projects including commercial buildings, retail spaces, educational facilities and residential projects.
Oliver obtained a B.Arch from Syracuse University in 1985. Prior to joining Cybul & Cybul Architects, he was the principal of Wilhelm Architects, which specialized in design/build concept of projects, as well as the prototypical architectural services. Projects completed included a first class restaurant, residential additions and custom renovations (design/build), and the project management of a 50,000 sq.ft school facility.
Since joining the firm in 1998, Oliver has been involved in developing projects for the firm. He was the lead architect for many of the award winning projects such as The Chelsea Car Wash in New York City, the COTE award-winning Greyston Bakery, and a national renowned restaurant, also in New York City.
Oliver was offered the opportunity to become a partner of the firm in 2007. Since then, he has been the lead architect on projects such as The Atatlanta Expansion, The Produce Market Toll Plaza and the redevelopment of an old ship building facility at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. This was all in addition to working with staff on retail developments for Chipotle and Pret a Manger.
